NFC interactions

When a person taps a BalticTap NFC touchpoint, the request first reaches BalticTap before being redirected to the destination selected by the business.

BalticTap may record information needed to provide interaction analytics, such as the NFC touchpoint used and the time of the interaction.

A recorded NFC tap does not mean that a person completed a review, purchase, booking or any other action on the destination website.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide BalticTap services, or where retention is required by applicable law.

Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.

Data sharing

BalticTap does not sell personal data.
